pedal box stud to master cylinder too long?

Was installing the master cylinders, but noticed that the studs on the pedal box that are used to mount the master seem too long. They hit the master's fluid inlet. It's easy to trim them down I guess, but is that expected? It's all Wilwood parts, so I'm a bit surprised.

I had the exact same thing happen. Yes, just cut them down. Don't forget to put a nut on them first
