What is the best way to remove scuffs or swills in the clear. I’ve made a few swirls and I would like to get them out before I apply wax. I have absolutely no body work experience and I am terrified of making worse.

With no experience I'd use the Mequires that golf recommends but by hand w/o a powered buffer.

Will this still work? Agreed I am very nervous about making a mistake that makes it worse.
