Exhaust Header Gasket Misaligned. Throw it out or re-use it?

The gasket is misaligned with the header with about an 3mm offset.

Can I loosen the bolts, align it, and re-tighten the bolts? Or must I get a new one because this one has already been "crushed"?

I would loosen all the bolts and realign it. It will be fine
