Greetings All,
I'm looking for some replacement/substitute parts for my kit. See full part definitions below. I have a complete mk4 kit with the FFR supplied IRS and wilwood brakes. The rod ends for the toe adjustment arms and a rear cv axle locknut have been on my MIK list for 6 plus months now. I know the guys at FFR do the best they can so I'm not salty about this and applaud all their hard work at every opportunity. After saving for 4 plus years and the six months since it was delivered my patience is running a bit thin. But that's my problem and I intend to pay for it. But seeing as how these are the only parts I'm missing on the entire rear end I'm considering buying substitutes. I've looked through the forum pretty thoroughly and can't seem to find any actual part numbers. Does anyone have confirmed fit part numbers from somewhere like Summit or Ford?

1. FFR part number 12348- RH Rod End 3/4-16, 5/8 bore. For IRS Toe Adjustment Arms. The piece of the assembly that actually attaches to the chassis.

2. CV Axle Locknut. The part number on my MIK order is 16430 although that's the only place I've seen it. But it's the big 36mm'ish one that holds the knuckle to the axle. My right side axle had one loosely threaded on in the shipping box but the left side was missing.

I would imagine the CV nuts are pretty common as I think they are a one-time use mechanical locknut. Rod ends seem to be pretty easy to come by too in that thread and bore size but I'm concerned about the width fitment of the flat side and thread length.

Grateful for any guidance.

Have you contacted them for an update? #1 is a custom part that you likely won't find.

Axle nut should be Ford PN CCPZ-3B477-G.

Based on the description I was able to find the nearly correct thing on McMaster-Carr
The one I found was aluminium and a about 0.060" narrower across the ball
I too was tired of waiting for the FF stuff
Meanwhile the correct one showed up last week

I am missing those also, its the only think holding me up for finishing up the IRS. If I can get those rod ends, the front hub nuts, and the wheels, I'll have a rolling chassis. I'm a little concerned because I remember last year guys where waiting 3-4 months for their Hilibrand wheels.

I am missing these also and they have not given an ETA. I am thinking I may be able to order these?
