Last fall, I determined that the o-ring on the center opening (fuel level sender) was bad. At the time, the tank was full, and gas would leak out of the center hole. Now, it's lower, so it's not a problem. In any event, I'll need to fill up soon (now that the ice has finally melted in Chicagoland) so I better get this fixed soon. Background covered; here's my question: I believe the tank to be a mustang item, yes? If so, what year? I know that the guys at the auto parts store are going to ask me that question, so it probably behooves me to have a good answer! Thanks in advance!
