The fourth picture in the catalog link (https://www.breezeautomotive.com/shop/aero-fuel-cap-locking-3-25-flange/) for Aero Fuel Cap on Breeze shows it fitting snug inside the Aston Leman Cap:

I must be smoking something because I can't fit the thing in to save my life. Does anyone have pictures of theirs fitting like it does in the picture? How did you do it?

Call Mark at Breeze, I'm sure he'll be glad to help you. To me it looks like the Leman Cap fits over the Aero Fuel Cap. In the picture the gap between the screws appears to be less than the material to the edge of the flange on the Aero part. Notice in the description that on a MK4, install the Aero part before drilling the holes for the Leman Cap.

I've done it four times as mentioned in the previous post. But it's not a direct fit. You have to do some cutting on the Lemans cap. This is a direct link to the specific post. https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?18591-EdwardBs-Mk4-8674-20th-Anniversary-Build&p=237684&viewfull=1#post237684.
