Ok,.. I am getting close. They will come pick up Cobra on Saturday to do paint and body. woo hoo
here is my question.
Can anyone tell me what the paint specs for these cars are.
Let me apologize. I could not capture the picture from the site to post it here.
In fact I couldn't even make the link bring you to the exact car.
So anyone who knows about paint../
Please go to http://www.factoryfive.com/rdsterhome.html

and click on photo gallery on the upper right area and scroll down to 6th Car by Mid west classic car and/or the 9th car, Mr Dave Smith's very car himself, and please let me know what the specs for the paint are. I am looking for that kind of deep blue.

Thank you in advance.

My big block car that was built by Midwest Classics has a custom mixed dark blue. This was basically the darkest blue that Bobby could mix-up before being black. The stripes are a big favorite as I chose to use Wimbeldon White which is an off-white that gives the appearance of an older vintage car, if that is the style you are looking for. I'm about to post a Facebook and web post on Mad Dog's dad's car which runs a Patriot Blue metallic with white stripes. Also, I'll be here Saturday and can review colors with you then.

Hey Thank you so much that is great. Truly appreciate the personal touch. As I said, the body shop guys will be coming saturday so if they have any questions I will make sure to post them here.
BTW, HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY AS WELL AS TO ALL THE FORUM MEMBERS. You guys have been incredibly helpful to me during my build and I am thankful to you for that.

A lot of them are indigo ink blue. Spectra blue is a little lighter than the indigo ink.
