Question on trunk aluminum.

So I just wanted to confirm with others that FFR does not supply the upper trunk side aluminum with MKIV roadsters that's pictured in the manual. Getting ready to install the upper center piece and noticed the side pieces in the photos from the manual. I'm guessing those photos are from an earlier model.

Mine did not. Just the end parts (small triangles on the lower level)

Mine did not either, but I may do that with my scrap material

Early version of the Mk4 pictured. They made several changes to the trunk area including eliminating those upper inner panels. Like others have said, pretty easy to make panels yourself. I did. Maybe I would question the effort though. Once the body is on, that part of the trunk is covered and not very visible. With carpet it's nearly impossible to see the difference.
