R&R transmission on MKII

Can I take out my Tremac 5 speed out the bottom without removing my engine. I need a new clutch kit. I have a 4 corner post list and lots of helping hands. I've done it on a T-5 on a MKI but don't know if there is anything that will prevent me from taking out my MKII setup.

You cannot take a transmission out of the bottom of an Mk2 kit. They changed the frame on the Mk3 to make this possible, but it looks like you will need to come up with another plan.

Thanks Brian. Guess it will be a total engine removal with trans attached.
