I'm approaching the end of my build so it's time to start clearing out parts that I didn't use in my build. Here's the first batch. All parts are in new, uninstalled condition. Not looking to make a huge profit on these - mostly just trying to clear out the garage. Pricing does not include shipping. PM me if interested and I can text/e-mail you photos if needed.

Thanks for looking.

Hi John. I accidentally broke my headlight switch on my Mk 4 Roadster and am just starting to look at replacements.
1- Assuming the one you sold is from a FFR kit, can you tell me the specific switch ? There are several at Summit Racing that look similar, GM style.
2- Can you suggest a good aftermarket alternative to the FFR switch? It is a little crude; and I would like to eliminate the gauge dimming feature since I have Speedhut gauges with a nice rheostat dimmer switch.

Thanks. Ed Klein

Hi Ed,

I opted to go with a Ron Francis HL-08 (https://www.ronfrancis.com/product/664) headlight switch, which is basically a higher-quality version of the switch that comes in the FFR kit. It was plug-and-play into the headlight switch connector on the Ron Francis harness, and is a nice, quality part. It does not eliminate the gauge dimming feature. I just leave it rotated up against the detente, so that when I want to turn on the interior footwell lights and/or trunk light, a slight twist of the headlight knob turns them on.
