Let's talk fuel delivery,
Getting ready to run fuel lines and figured I'd poll the experienced on what has been used and seems to work for supplying dino juice to the Coyote. It seems the variables are fuel pump (flow vs head and brand), supply and return line size, return location (in the fuel hat or otherwise), regulator (Corvette style filter regulator or adjustable at the rail), and of course the generation of Coyote you have installed.
Pending the combination there are some reports of fuel aeration or early pump failures. I'm trying to understand what combinations those that have seen these issues had, what steps they made to correct them, and what setups those of you have that have been running reliably.
Thanks!

my setup involved the flex lines, Aeromotive in tank pump, and pressure regulator
with the Gen1/2 Coyote you can get away with the Corvette filter/pump scenario with 55gph pump, but the Gen3 requires 65gph output - so I opted for the Aeromotive pump
granted, I'm also using a Boyd's Tank which is much different from the standard Mustang gas tank

In a word, Breeze. Mark really knows his stuff and he set me up with an inexpensive system that is simple and supplies all the HP my gen 2 Coyote can generate. It was an easy install too.

I've used a similar setup on three builds -- Gen 2 Coyote, Gen 3 Coyote, and an LS3 (which has nearly the same requirements as the Coyote). The two Coyote setups are long since finished, driven multiple seasons with thousands of miles. All good. The LS3 build isn't complete yet but has been run extensively.
3/8" supply and return lines. I've done rigid SS and also SS flex. Either works. Just important in my experience to use 3/8"
Pro-M Racing High Flow Fuel Pump Hanger. High quality piece that fits into the standard Fox body tank. Has full 3/8" -AN connections and longer return to prevent aeration.
Walbro GSS340BX Fuel Pump, Electric, In-Tank, 255 lph, with Walbro 94-615 Wiring Harness
Aeromotive Universal 13129 Bypass Regulator. Mounted on the firewall for the two Coyote builds. Mounted near the tank on the LS3 build. Makes the return line short and easy, although not as easy to adjust. But my experience is once set you rarely have to adjust again.
Russell Performance 650320 0-100 Analog EFI fuel pressure gauge. There are multiple brands. Just happens to be the one I chose. After setting and confirming all OK, removed gauge and replaced with a plug. For safety reasons. Generally not considered good practice to leave gauge in place long term.
Trick Flow TFS-23006 filter
Aeroquip TFE Racing Hose and Aeroquip fittings. My go-to brand. But others work too. Just make sure only to use hose with a PTFE liner.
As already mentioned, the GM (Corvette) regulator/filter that many use is preset to 58 lbs and doesn't appear to be a good choice for the Gen 3 Coyote which per the Ford instructions requires 65 PSI.
