Arizona emissions question if anyone knows

Hello all, I recently had a 33 hotrod here in Arizona and it was titled as a "33" so there was no inspection or emissions to deal with.

Now im purchasing a roadster and have found several... most are titled as "65" however there is a coyote build that is titled at a 2013. non donor its a full crate kit.

Is there anyone aware of what Arizona will require, I'm assuming a level 2 inspection but what about emissions?

Thanks for the info NAZ, this car is apparently titled as a 2013 factory five so not sure what category that would be as the DMV did recognize factory five as a manufacturer... just not sure how the "2013" date will effect emissions requirements or if it will be exempt
