Hello everyone,
I've got my kit on order and counting down the days until it's arrival (October).
On order is a complete Roadster kit, and a 302/Holley Sniper from Mike Forte. I'm a complete rookie with regards to all things engine/drivetrain so bear with me. I'm going to go with an in-tank fuel pump and wondering what my best option would be. I see pumps varying in price between $150 up to $450-plus so I'm looking for some recommendations. I have no plans to up my power beyond the 340 HP or so that the 302 offers, so what should I be looking at for pumps? Is it like most things where the lower priced units are ones to avoid?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Like you, I know nothing when it comes to the drivetrain but when I was ordering my Holley sniper I discovered they make an in tank fuel pump. So, I ordered the in-tank electric fuel pump to match my Sniper and total HP. Good luck AA-ron, I just dropped my motor in and am starting to connect the wiring. Hopefully I can let you know how it works in another month or so....

Agree with a Breeze setup.

And use their in tank fuel pump.

The Breeze in-tank setup would be perfect for a 302.

Thanks for the replies. I'm glad I checked with you all first as I didn't realize Breeze offered a fuel pump-- guess I need to spend a bit more time looking through that site. I'll also check out the Holly offering.
Enjoy your weekends! I'm adding a carport to my garage in preparation for the build. The carport is for the non essentials like the garden tractor, snow blower, surfboards, and my wife's car (ha).
