My filler neck retaining bracket appears to be bent backwards. The tab for the screw goes to the inside when mounted to the rear, as the manual shows. In order for the tab to be away from the tank weld I had to mount the tab going to the front of the car. Is that a problem? Another member seemd to have the same issue. Did that make sense?
