First off Hello to all.
I have a question about registration I live in Pennsylvania and was wondering when you register your car what year do you register it as? and Does it have to have bumpers in PA? Has anyone done muffler installs? last question was asked because it will be a selling point for my wife. I dont have a kit yet but am very interested just need some answers before I ask the BOSS if ya know what I mean..

I would check your states DMV website for kitcars / hand made, they shold have all the details

Tuneman, Can't answer the DMV questions but can tell you that a cuple guys have done engine compartment mufflers.
