Sway Bar: Escort SW or Miata for T-Bird IRS Mk 3

Hi all, would a sway bar from an Escort station wagon (rear) or a Miata (front) be better for a Mk 3 rear with the Thunderbird IRS?

I think I have an idea for mounting either although many of the photos in older threads are gone.
