This car is in the Shelby Museum in Colorado, but I can't find much info about it.
It's interesting because it's a 427 S/C where the owner added a forward 'petty' bar in addition to the S/C bar.

It was used occasionally at the Shelby High Performance Driving School headed up by Pete Brock and raced successfully by Bill Murray of Murray racing. It is owned by the Larry H. Miller Family.
Beyond this, I can't find anything else about it. Does anyone else know?
