I have an ever so slight leak from where the brake lines (SS) attaches to the master cylinder. It's the hydroboost setup from Forte, I believe it is a Mustang master cylinder. I have a suspicion these require a 37 degree flare, currently they are 45. Can anyone confirm this?

I can't confirm flare specs but I would carefully check the flare for cracks as SS is notorious for work hardening and subject to fracture.

Yes I'm aware of that. None of the other flares leak, neither the brake nor the fuel lines, and they are all SS. I seem to recall reading somwhere that they were AN style, but that was after I had them assembled and seemingly not leaking. Just wanted to check ahead of pulling apart.

If I remember correctly they are a bubble flair.
