I finished bolting everything together yesterday and once I was satisfied the rack was centered and everything lined up I started to torque bolts. My question is the spindle to lower control arm ball joint, once torqued to 90 lb.ft It is almost impossible to rotate the spindle. This doesn't seem right???

Something maybe doesn't sound right, but hard to say. Once the spindle is wedged into the ball joint, the amount of torque shouldn't affect the effort to rotate. The only thing moving should be the ball joint. Not unusual for a newly assembled suspension to be tight. But it should move with some reasonable effort. Not sure that it matters, but did you install the kit provided spacer that goes under the nut?

You may have been rotating the spindle on the taper when loose. When
You tightened it, now your turning the ball joint. Would be much harder that way.
