Does anyone have any good pictures of where and how you routed your e-brake cables?
I have the IRS setup with Wilwoods.

The supplied cables seem really long........

Thanks!

By Wilwoods I assume you mean that version with the separate e-brake calipers. Hopefully these pictures help a little. These show the routing off the caliper, up and over the IRS diff mount. Then a straight shot up to the handle.

A view from the bottom of one build, and the cables on this car look like they are too long as well.
Not sure what cables they give you, some can be shortened.

I had the same issue with my coupe last summer. Turned out FFR included the wrong ebrake cables with my kit which were way too long. You might want to reach out to them

I think I'm in the same boat. I actually received 2 sets of cables. One set was with the IRS parts in box 10. The other set was with Wilwood, 2015 IRS, G3 Coupe parts in box 17. They both show as part #60419 on the inventory sheets and that's what I got. I'll bet that 2nd set is supposed to be shorter. Seems lack 6-8" less would be about right? Will you check with FFR? Let us know what you find out.

Thanks for all of your input guys!
I too had 2 sets of them, I laid all for out on the floor and they are ALL the same length. Pauls pics look to have a similar amount of cable to mine. I'm sure I can secure them in like 5 places to take up the extra slack, but it just seems like that shouldn't be required. Almost like - if you aren't careful, these COULD drag on the ground (or worse, get caught by something...)
I'll reach out to FF and see if they can tell me just how long those SHOULD be.....

You can for sure buy shorter cables if you want to make a cleaner install.

Checked my build notes FWIW. Factory Five supplied Dorman C95240 e-brake cables with my kit. Dorman lists for Ford Mustang 1998-94. Cable length: 70.98 inches, conduit length: 65.63 inches. Fit as shown in the pictures I posted. They aren't close to dragging on the ground. You don't want them too short. They need to have relatively soft bends and go up and down with the suspension.

Thanks for the specs Paul.

I measured mine, and they are approximately the same. I re-routed a bit, and secured them on the same cross member that you (and I) have the fuel filter mounted on. Should be OK - just hard to get a good feel without wheels on the car (given shipping issues, that's gonna be another 2 months!)
