I’ve read through as many posts as I can find on fuel pumps ala BPE FI and have undoubtedly passed over the answer(s) I’m looking for so apologies for possibly re-asking this. I’m going with a BPE 347 with a Holly Sniper FI. The motor came with an electric fuel pump (“Red electric, Street Performance, pressure regulator not required”). The FFR complete kit optioned for FI includes an in-tank fuel pump which one of these months might make the trip to my door. Question is, 1. How should these two fuel pumps integrate with each other if at all? And 2. Is a pressure regulator (and gauge) a good idea in my case?

I would use an intank pump over an external. Much quieter. No need to use both. Also the Holley Sniper has a built in regulator so no need for another one.

I personally would ditch all the FF fuel supply stuff because the hanger\pickup\lines are under the 3/8 requirement Holley states for the Sniper. I used a Pro-M in tank hanger with true 3/8 supply and return, ran stainless braided PTFE all the way up. Sniper has an internal regulator but they get a bad rap as failure prone so removing that internal disc and using an external Aeromotive regulator isn't a horrible idea. Gauge is a good idea for tuning and troubleshooting but many say remove them due to them being leak prone (fire risk). As always...my $.02

What he said! I went with the Breeze in take fuel set up for EFI:

Almost all fuel pressure regulators have a fitting on the face for a fuel pressure gauge. Do yourself a favor and get a pressure transducer (https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B00NIK9E10/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and connect it to the Sniper system. You'll be able to see fuel pressure on the handheld unit in real time, as well as data log it. You can use one of the dial gauges at setup to set the FPR, and then use the transducer for regular running (the two should agree to within a pound or two).
NOTE: I'm assuming the Sniper includes the wiring & connector for the transducer (my Terminator system did). If not, please forgive me & ignore the above.
