View Full Version : In Tank EFI Fuel Pump and hanger recommendation
I am installing the fuel tank in my Coupe 65. I'll be using Blueprint 347 EFI with Holley Sniper system. I want to install an in-tank fuel pump and would like recommendations on pump and hanger. The 347 Holley setup requires 60 psi and minimum 340 liters per hour (from Blueprint). Also, while we are it it, is the fuel sending unit that came from FFR recommended or is there a better one available? Thanks for any response.

If using the FFR-supplied tank, then the Pro-M fuel hanger (https://www.promracing.com/high-flow-fuel-pump-hanger-for-1986-1997-mustangs.html) is a great way to go. It has 3/8" supply and return lines, and most importantly a return line that runs to the bottom of the tank to prevent fuel aeration (check out the video on their site for more details).
I'd pair the Pro-M hanger with the appropriate Walbro pump for the flow rate you need.

Holley makes a fuel pump and hanger assembly for fox gas tanks now, and they have a couple of options for the pump, but you don't have to have a 340 lph for a normally aspirated 347.
This one happens to be a 340 lph however, https://www.holley.com/products/fuel_systems/fuel_pumps_regulators_and_filters/fuel_pumps/efi_fuel_pumps/efi_in-tank_pumps/parts/12-345

Pro-M with the Summit racing equivalent of the Walbro pump (when you look at the pump, it's made by Walbro). Can't go wrong.

I bought one of these: Aeromotive 18638 Stealth 340 Fuel Pump & Hanger for 86-98 Ford Mustang
I don't know if it will work yet though.

If using a stock tank, I would also recommend a Holley Hydramat.
