347 BPE - FFR headers - GasN pipes
If one were to measure the angle of the headers relative to the headers should they be 90 degrees? My driver side header is not at all square and angles towards the front quite a bit. Even with wedges I am having a heck of a time getting the pipes to fit well. Thanks, TY

I realized that my question made no sense as worded. What I meant was the angle of the header from the head, my drivers side header angles away from the head about 5 degrees towards the front of the car, and at that geometry places the pipes to close to the wheel well. Is that angle normal or should it be closer to 90 degrees?

On my set up, FFR 4 into 4 headers on a SBF with GT 40 aluminum heads, the 4 pipe “stack” appears to lean to the rear about 5 degrees. There is 3/4” between the front mounting hole on the flange where the side pipes attach and the aluminum fender panel. If yours are oriented to the front could be a bent header or possibly a motor mount issue.

That seems to be the case with Gasn stuff, looks good, fits poor

GasN pipes begin the 90 degree curve farther out from the flange than FFR's so it's pretty common for them to need the cutout opened up on the forward edge. It's also very common for wedges to be required to get them to run parallel with the body. Depending on which direction the pipe needs to go (i.e. out at the rear or in at the rear) that changes where it falls in the body opening.

I’m not sure where you get your information but headers + pipes fit great for me on a coyote

Count yourself lucky. Go search to see the many posts about side pipe fit. Have 4 friends that bought the side pipes, not a single one fit without issues. One set was return for replacement, it couldn't be made to fit.
Look at Jeff's picture in this post to understand what I was referring too. Good that yours fit.
