Periodically I get the following message at login.
Wrong username or password. You have used up your failed login quota! Please wait 15 minutes before trying again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!
I used saved information for my login and this message is received on my first attempt. Any idea why this is happening? Is someone else attempting to gain access to my account locking it?

Me too. Probably a bug. I come back after a little time and it works.

Hi Alan,
It happens with me too occasionally. I haven't looked to see if it is a bug, or if someone is trying to log in with someone else's credentials. I have a request in for another task and I'll take a look into it.

FWIW, yesterday at 4:48 PM AZ time, the bugger locked me out again.
