Upper Radiator Hose without Filler Part Number

Hi all, i'm thinking of switching my upper coolant setup to use a Harrison style degas tank. I'm looking for a part number / source for an upper radiator hose that goes from the thermostat housing of a SBF (351W) straight to the FFR upper radiator inlet on the passenger side (i.e. not being split by a filler). Anyone have a fairly inexpensive part number? I'm good with the rubber look, doesn't have to be polished metal.

Doubt you're going to find an off the shelf solution. This one was made with the Oreilly Auto Parts website and some parts from McMaster Carrr.
