Boig Quiet Pipes question

I bought a set of Boig Quiet pipes for my Coupe last summer. I’m just starting my build now. I notice there are no mounting tabs on the pipes. They came in a separate box with the mounting hardware. Has anyone mounted these on a coupe before? Do these need to be welded on? How do I go about deciding where the tabs should be located? Who should I take it to for welding? Sort of surprised these weren’t attached.

Was sorry to hear about Bob’s passing. The pipes are beautiful.

He made them that way because not everyone puts the mounts in the same location. Decide were you are going to put the bracket on the frame and locate it on the pipes, mark it and then weld them. Anyone can do the welding. If you don't weld ask for help here and I am sure someone near you will offer to help.

I would find someone who has stainless wire for their welder, so the weld won't rust.
