The car has been on the road for 18 months with no problems. In the last few weeks, the gauges have been blowing the 15 amp fuse. Before I go through the fun task of removing the dash I was wondering if there might be somewhere else to look. Kit came in Aug 2019 it has the Ron Francis wiring harness and vintage gauges.

It could just be a wire come loose? But I have had gauges fail and need replacement (they didn't blow fuses though).
Likely a wire making contact with something. Look for any butt connections that expose bare wire or any unused wires that could have come unwrapped. Also look at any wire bundles coming through the firewall for chafing.

What other items are on that circuit? Any other lights, fans, horns, etc?

I agree there's probably a loose or bare wire somewhere. The vintage (Speedhut) gauges are all solid state and individually draw very low current. Hard for me to imagine something in the gauges themselves would cause a 15 amp fuse to blow. That's a lot. I assume the gauges are all working OK.

I'll check what else is not working when the fuse is not in, with a new fuse everything works fine. The fuse doesn’t blow immediately, I’ll be driving and notice that all gauges are not responding. I don't think I added anything extra to that circuit.
Thanks everyone for your reply’s
The radio power wire uses that same fuse. If you didn't use that wire, be sure it is properly insulated and not making contact with anything. For any unused wires, I blunt cut them, fold then over on themselves about 1/2 an inch, and use a piece of heat shrink to protect them from contacting anything.

I thought radio and wiper were on their own fuse...maybe I'm confused.
At least my version of the RF harness shows the Gauge Feed and Radio Power on the same circuit/fuse:

I stand corrected. Maybe I was thinking radio memory fuse.
