Has anyone contacted Factory Five recently? Either by email or phone? I received my kit (33 Hot Rod) Feb 1st and went through my inventory and such and found some issues like i'm sure all kits have. I emailed Mike DiGiorgio who is the person I'm supposed to contact for any issues with my kit on the 7th of Feb. I have not gotten any response. Not even a I received your email type response. Got impatient and called only to have the message state "if you need assistance email or call but don't do both." Am i being to impatient or just wait it out? Any advise

I emailed them on Saturday and had a reply yesterday.

Maybe Mike is not in and email isn’t forwarded. Try using the general email info@factoryfive.com. I tried calling and leaving a VM at the beginning of January and it took like a week for a response. It was also right around the holidays though.

Mike has generally replied to me within 24hours on finalizing my order and has done so recently.

Sorry for the delayed reply! I will talk with Mike this morning and have him double check his email for your message. I did find the other week that some customer emails have ended up in our spam folders recently. Not sure why, but I know I found at least one customer's message in the spam folder. If you'd like, please forward your message to me at either info@factoryfive.com or davel@factoryfive.com, and I'll forward it onto to Mike so he can assist you.

We're also running a little short staffed in the office (see Dave Smith's post about us looking for some new Tech team members (https://thefactoryfiveforum.com/showthread.php?41998-Factory-Five-is-Hiring-Six-Positions)), and are trying our best to respond to customer emails and phone calls as best we can and in the order they came in.

Please let us know how we can help by either forwarding your message to one of the addresses above, or call and leave a message.

Hey Mad Dog,

Has Massachusettes opened up for business again or are you guys still dealing with (ADMIN EDIT: Covid)?
Just wondering because Louisiana is finally 99% open except for New Orleans.
NOLA got seeded big time with COVID-19 back in the 2020 Carnival Season.
We had No Mardi Gras Season in 2021 for obvious reasons; however, I think they'll get back to normal after this year.

Hope You All Are Well & Getting Back To Normal!

Things are pretty open here, and we're planning to have our Open House in June! We were hoping to have Open House in 2020 for our 25th Anniversary, so we'll celebrate our 25th on our 27th. Sounds like the team is in the early stages of putting the event plans together, so stay tuned to our website and here on the forum as we'll post more updates as we get closer to June 11th.

We're still keeping visits to the showroom at the moment, so stay tuned for news when full tours resume as well. But here in MA, things are opening up more and more. I've personally been to several concerts, Red Sox games, and comedy shows. So slowly but surely getting back to regular life around here.

Hope everyone is doing well!
