The annual Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion that's held at Laguna Seca each August pays tribute to a different marquee each year. This coming August they are paying tribute to the 24 Hours of Le Mans. It was just announced that one of the cars that will be on display will the the GT40 that won the race in 1966, driven by McLaren/Amon (#2, chassis P/1046). For those interested, it will be a rare opportunity to see a real piece of automotive history. I'll probably be there Saturday and/or Sunday.
