View Full Version : Anyone in Indiana own the 35 truck?

I'm really interested in a '35 truck kit as a retirement project, but would like to see one in person. I'm most concerned with gauging overall interior roominess and driving posture.
Anyone in the area up for a visit? I'm in the Northwest corner of the state, but regularly drive to Indianapolis and Evansville.

Yes, he's over in the NW suburbs of Chicago ... not far at all.
But .... If his avatar is a photo of his truck, I think it's been chopped. I'm over 6' tall and may have issues with the stock interior.

His is not chopped. I did chop mine 2.5in and sold it to a guy 6'4". Ton of head room in those things. I'm getting ready to do another one and chop it probably 3.5in among some other things.

I’m in SE Michigan so only a few hours away. Mine is waiting for custom seats that are probably at least a couple months from delivery. Once those arrive, you are welcome to visit. Stock cab otherwise.

Yes I’m in Illinois. Between Rockford and elgin 10 minutes off the 90 tollway. I did not chop my build my truck its in a enclosed trailer right now however I will be bringing it out soon to do a few things to get it ready for a show in Iowa at the end of this month . If you want to come check it out no problem . Rob
