I have the FFR 427 roadster kit where the dropped driver's side foot box was an option.

My current steering rack came from a 90 GT model but I don't have the power steering pump or hoses.

I believe without the pump my steering is a 15 to 1 ratio. Am I right?

Are the manual racks that are 20 to 1 that much easier to turn?

How does the 20 to 1 manual racks compare to power steering in terms of strength needed to turn the wheel?

Pretty much any manual rack will be easier to turn than a non powered power rack. I would just get the one that Factory five sells and use that. I think
It’s 15:1

I wouldnt even consider the 20:1 rack, thats going to be just way too slow to be enjoyable. Even the 15:1 manual rack is a little too slow for my preferences. With the true manual rack in 15:1 ratio the "difficulty" is not noticeable outside of slightly heavier steering in a parking lot
