Spent some time thinking through this while installing the IRS center section the other day. Ran into an issue where the front mounts and the rear-left aligned, but left the rear-right sticking about 1/8 to 1/4 to the right and the bolt not aligning with the threads.
A fairly easy way to remedy this is to partially remove the metal sleeve from the bushing towards the direction where you'll be putting the bolt in, so the sleeve is sticking about 1 to 1 1/2 inches out. What this does is give the front of your bolt the ability to wiggle around. with a light pull of the bolt and sleeve to the left with one hand, I was able to easily thread in the bolt with the other.
I tried to align them every which way, prying, using a ratchet strap, etc, before I came to this, so hope it saves someone trouble down the road.
