The VW front end is dune buggy inspired. The workmanship is impressive and the styling is "mechanically dense". Something like an Ariel Atom.

Bat claims 1400lb. maybe the tires are ballast.
Wretched excess is not unusual around these parts.
An 818 done this way would be interesting and easier than the traditional body. I am beyond that at this point.

I was watching that. Sat at $2100 for several days then jumped up above what most 818s sell for. It was shared on a kit car group on FB and people went nuts. Share an 818 and they go "uh....ok".
