I've had a... mishap... while replacing the wheel studs in one of the IRS hubs and need to start over. I've been looking everywhere for the part number for the studs. Not a lot of luck. Closest that I got to was Dorman 610-290, which fits the bill in every aspect, except as you can see in the photo, Dorman (the one on the left) has a higher shoulder which results in the brake rotor hat not sitting flush with the hub. Any idea of the part number for the one provided by FFR (the one on the right in the picture)

Did you check Mike Forte’s site? I saw some wheels studs there last week, but I don't know if they fit the IRS hubs.

I did. Both sizes he has are 7/16" and FFR ones are 1/2"-20. The silver ones do look like they have the shorter shoulder that is needed.

That’s odd about the Doorman part, as others have used them successfully. Is drilling out the rotor an option? Otherwise, I would contact Factory Five. The studs don’t show on their parts site, but a lot of things they actually sell don’t.

I have the Gordon Levy brake kit for the 15" wheels so it's possible that the rotor hat is different. I'd rather see if I can find the right studs rather than drilling the hat. I've sent an email to FFR too.

Got a recommendation for #MSR-8010 at Summit, so will try those out. They are longer and will need to be cut. Still hoping that I'll be able to find the original since it's going to bug me that they are different, I already have the other ones on the other wheel. Wondering when the chase of perfection in the build will stop :D

If I were replacing studs, I would go all the way and get ARP studs.

Do you happen to know the part number? I was looking at their website but couldn't find any that matched the size and dimensions of the ones I originally got from FFR

I used these if I remember correctly I had to cut them down a bit for the FFR spinner cover to fit.
