A few friends from up north (near Albuquerque, NM - ya, that's 'up north') had not seen my car so a meetup was scheduled! The Owl Bar & Cafe in San Antonio (NM) is known for having very good green chili cheeseburgers so that was the plan.
I had a very nice drive up old Highway 85 from Truth or Consequences to San Antonio (NM). The road condition was ok - certainly not as smooth as I would have liked - so it was a slow cruise but very enjoyable nonetheless. I'm really loving the 'wind in your hair' cruising!!
The Owl came thru and I can attest - their cheeseburgers are fantastic! The place was packed for lunch which seems a bit odd on a Monday in a tiny little town in New Mexico.
I don't have much experience but I suspect it is odd for a Roadster to be the largest car at the meetup!!

While standing there taking a photo and saying goodbye, at least six people stopped to marvel at my baby. Sure makes a guy proud!!
