I am putting a sleeve over the existing sleeve that goes over the Front Quick Jack bolts but unfortunately mine are at the painters. Does anyone have an exact measurement for the sleeve that goes over the bolt on the front Quick Jack?
Thanks

are you using the grommets from ********** or a similar product? those IDs are 3/4". The stock sleeves are 5/8" I believe.
I ordered a length of SS 3/4" OD tube from onlinemetals.com and cut them to size (6" each).

you can either get an ID to match the stock bolts, get larger bolts to match the ID of your tube, or get some brass bushings to placed at the ends of your tubes to accommodate the smaller stock bolt.

I don't know the stock OD of the sleeve but figure it might be easier to just replace it with a bigger one rather than sliding something else over the top

I'd be tempted to wait till after you get it back from the painter, and the body is mounted back on the frame. Then you will have an exact measurement for the sleeves.

They are similar to the ********** grommets and I have a partial sleeve over them now and the OD of the FFR sleeve is the same as the ID of the sleeve that I have, but want to make them the same length as the FFR supplied sleeve. As for waiting till paint is done, I do not believe it will make a difference on the front because all it does is keeps the body from moving up. The body is not restrained from the front ones, only the rear. Also, I’ve got over 1,100 miles on the car with the way they were. The answer I was looking for is the 6”. Thanks.
