Compatible with Wind Wings, Sun Visors, Windshield groove Rear View Mirror mounts. Can accommodate any rollbar diameter up to 2". double wide single rollbar, or single passenger rollbar with optional RAM suction mount.

Materials Used: Frame supports are high strength steel that has been machined/welded followed by Metal Prep and epoxy Powder Coating in only Gloss Black. All hardware is Stainless Steel. Sunbrella Fabric with Teflon Thread, upon order I will mail sample swatch book to you, over 50 colors.

Getting in and out: It's much harder....can't step on the seat bottom and slide in..or out. I'm 6'1" / 225#s and 71 years old, and I whine a little bit but leave my top on all the time. (Sun Exposure concerns). I duck under and get my right leg in, then drop in the seat and bend my left leg over the door sill...not too bad....my wife says I should have done more Yoga with her.

how does it mount into a single roll bar car?

how does it mount into a single roll bar car?

There is a $75 strut mount that uses a RAM 2" diameter suction cup to provide vertical support. The frame structure is very rigid and all the strut has to do is support it vertically, the steel 1/2" square tubing bolted to the windshield supports all the force front to rear. Here's a picture of the strut, haven't sold a kit to a single rollbar car as yet so no pictures on the car.

Interesting, my car is far from "stock" does the angle of the windshield matters? Or is there a way to adjust the slack?

Also my Roll bar is not your average roll bar, does the clamp also have some adjustment?

As you can see on this pic, I was able to make the gopro mount fit the roll bar which was designed for a round tube.

I totally understand the custom license plate....wow, some really nice billet pieces on the car!

Windshield angle - Doesn't matter, I custom make adaptors brackets for the rear to accommodate different distances from Windshield groove to rollbars. Right now I have dealt with 32.5" to 37.5" by making adaptor brackets. No additional charge. Picture attached.

Roll bar - Well looks like an oval tubing, and I like them a lot, very cool design. My clamps are for round tubing with rubber inserts that change ID from 2", 1 3/4", 1 1/2". These are Driving light brackets that I modify, I'm not machining them from scratch. I can see how I could machine a billet aluminum one that would fit on your bar, not that tricky. I don't think the off the shelf brackets would work, but maybe...what are the dimensions of the tubing you used? Also my Clamps are on the centerline of the hoop, looks like your rear support comes right up the centerline, the Breeze and FFR hoops the rear support is offset to the side.....might be OK to mount off the centerline and use the "adaptor bracket" to bring it in to the centerline.

Sale will continue thru the month of February, if you are interested in getting a Bimini this may be your last chance from me at least. I can' really make any money on them at $750, my labor is free, and I have gotten outside quotes that would make it profitable, but have to commit to 100 sets to get the good price....heck that's more tops than the market wants or needs. So anyway giving those who are interested a heads up.
Cheers,
Dave

I'd love one of these tops.... I have a lot of sun concerns. My son has albinism.... However... I own a challenge car and my doors don't open and I have a roll bar that would 100% prevent me from getting in and out unless I could easily detach the top and move it.

Yep, would hate this top! It can be done, but probably 3 minutes to get in or out.

If I start on a new design, definitely would try to achieve this, several guys were interested last year but no way they were fit enough to wiggle underneath. I can envision Magnets to hold the rear down and maybe two spacers / Pivots on the windshield groove...with some 1" long nut plates underneath. That would simplify the tabs and velcro sewing a lot! 3 tabs instead of 5 front and rear. Maybe I'll make a prototype...what the heck, have lots of left over steel sitting around. What would you be comfortable paying for the top??

Anyone have these over 115? How much does the whole setup weigh?

No one that I know, I wouldn't recommend over 85 mph for extended driving, Maybe the 427 Hardtop would be a better fit if that's your intended use.

13 pounds total.
