We're a family of three newbs building a 33 Hot Rod. No automotive experience, but I have an obsessive-compulsive nature, fairly mechanically minded, and strong google skills

Factory Five's completion date was January 22, 2022. At the moment we're waiting on delivery delay due to the snowstorm so I thought I'd take a stab at starting a build thread.

We're planning on using primarily with the hardtop but taking the top off for periods in the spring and the fall.

33 Ford - Gen 2
Blueprint SBC 383 with automatic transmission.
IRS
AC/heat
Power windows

Here's one idea we're tossing around for the look, but I suspect we'll change our minds a lot between now and then.

Welcome. There is a lot of knowledge and stuff we’ve all tried. This is also a great place to record the stuff you don’t want to forget. Enjoy the chance to learn a lot of new skills.
