What year and motor is the Iwire harness for?

The motor was a 2005 2.0 WRX ej205
The ECU appears to be from a 2002 WRX

ECU part # Denso 22611AF421

Does the harness include the ECU and is it compatible with the a 2004 motor?

The ECU is included. As far as comparability, they should work but not sure.
