Gen 3 Coupe...Gen 3 Coyote...is remote oil filter and cooler practical/beneficial?

Starting a Gen 3 (kit/motor) build. Usage will be 80% road, 20% TT/Autocross. Purchased the Gen 3 Coyote package from FFR.

The FFR package eliminates the oil cooler and shifts to the short filter. Is the added complexity, cost and space of the remote filter and cooler worth the benefit (for those dealing with Coyotes)?

Not at all needed or necessary for your use. Remove the OEM oil cooler extension from the block, install the shorter male-to-male threaded adapter, and screw the MotorCraft FL500 filter directly to the block.

Thanks guys. I think you just saved me from going down an unnecessary rabbit-hole!! First-time build for me. While I am a huge fan of "KISS", it's so easy to start over-imagining things!
