2000 GT Mustang Donor (Raleigh NC)

My wife and I are looking at getting a new vehicle. The dealer offered us $6400 if we traded our mustang in. I wanted to offer it up here, because it could be a great donor. The car is a 2000 GT mustang. The car runs great, it has an automatic transmission, with a SOHC motor. The engine just over 80,000 miles on it. The interior and soft top have some wear, but if you are going to use it as a donor - these things don't matter.
