T5 and Bell Housing don't match up

Hi, I was trying mate my T5 to the bell housing but it looks like the top left bolt hole is slightly lower than the other 3 holes and the T5 won't align properly, do I have the wrong bell housing ?? Here is a picture of it.

You might have a bell housing for the Tremec 3550 Where did you get it?

Of course we can't measure photos but it looks to be the same...

Did you use an alignment tool for the disc while installing the pressure plate?

Yes I did use the alignment tool, I have to check and make sure I have a T5; this is my first car build and i'm learning as I go

Take the bellhousing off the engine and mount it too the tranny, it looks like it should all fit up.

Remeber the trans is not straight when mated to the engine. I think it leans towards the driver side
