View Full Version : Looking for Mesh Louver vent screen for GTM

I need some additional mesh louver vent screen for my GTM to cover a few holes. Does anyone know where to buy this material? The GTM comes with 2 sizes, a finer hole for the mesh on the front grille, and a heavier material for the side intakes, rear exhaust exits, and decklid air exits. I'd prefer the heavier material.
I have searched the fourms and online to no avail.

Yes, McMaster has all of that stuff. A word of caution.....the FFR stuff with the round perforated holes....it does not flow any air. If you have a chunk of it loose there, find a small fan, set the fan up so it's blowing in your face. Now put the perforated metal between your face and the fan. The honeycomb stuff flows pretty well, but the stuff with the round holes....not so much.

Interesting. Guess the ratio of holes to solid material was not checked out much.
