Hello- I've been working on the dash for my Daytona Coupe. I'm installing A/C and I'm not particularly fond of the A/C switch panel that came with the kit plus I want a slightly larger panel to accommodate two more switches. I've created a DXF file and looking for a reliable source to send this file to to be cut (approximately 2mm thick aluminum) and engraved with some lettering included in the design. Any recommendations as to where to send this file would be greatly appreciated.

Cincy123, Billett Badges fabricated this custom switch panel for me. Absolute top quality and priced for it, but for "statement or showy' applications it might be worth it for you.

Here the switches are loaded.

SendCutSend is an online service that does exactly what you're asking for.
Send them a CAD file, choose your material, receive the laser cut parts in the mail in a week. Very useful, and they can cut anything from any material! Including like 1" thick steel plate if you ever find yourself needing it, or copper, brass, aluminum, you name it.

I also used SendCutSend. Very quick service. The only downside with them comes if you need a bend. Their site allows you to specify bends but I would recommend you call them and specifically walk over where a bend needs to be. We had a bend in our design file but they totally missed it.
