First Question. To all you Coupe builders out there. is there any reason I can`t switch the adjustment screw on the Brake Balance bar from the top location in the attached picture to the opposite clevis? it would make adjustments much easier I`m planning to have the top foot box panel removable to service the pedal assembly.

Second question. Regarding the Rubber donut plug in the Tailshaft housing the TKX is shipped with. the directions say to not pull it out or you may damage the rear seal and to just leave it in place when you push driveshaft the Yoke it.
This does not make sense the rubber Donut plug is a really tight fit and does not look like it would slide up inside the tailshaft housing very well.

Not sure on the brake balancer but the trans rear plug must come out in order to get the yoke installed. At least this is the case until you can figure out how to get two physical entities to occupy the same space at the same time. A bit of oil on the yoke and seal will help things slide into place.
Other members have mentioned that the balancer is tight on the coupe.

I agree. The Tremec info. says to just push it into the tailshaft housing with the Yoke does not make sense to me.

I just got a Facebook post from the Factory Five Builder site. Looks like Wilwood makes a remote balance bar adjuster that would work even better.

Re: your question on the balance bar adjustment screw, I am indeed installing this Driver's side left of the steering column. I'll place it below the dash. Keeps the clutter down :-)
