Hi All,
I have NiCopp Fuel and Brake lines and just wondering if there has been any issues by anyone passing DMV inspection with them in California?
Thanks!
I have them, no issues. Your brake inspection is based on the visual inspection of the calipers and stopping distance of the car.

Thanks Fman. BTW love your build and have read your thread multiple times!

I also used NiCu brake lines for a car built in CA. As said, brake and light inspection is about functionality, not materials used. BTW, European manufacturers used NiCu lines in their production vehicles.
Quality NiCu lines are not inferior, just easier to shape and flare. There are many suppliers, I recommend Fedhill as a quality source.

Thanks Alan, My brake and fuel lines are already done in NiCu. They were very easy to work with and I would use that material again. My concern was with this highly regulated state, the variety of personnel and their interpretation of regs. Great to here from other builders who had no issues!
