I am having a persistent leak around the wilwood MC plastic cap that I need to resolve before I install the RF fuse panel. I have bled the brakes per wilwood directions, right rear and right front then left side and have a firm pedal. I have tightened the wilwood supplied clamp as tight as possible then replaced the clamp with a bigger gear clamp and it still leaks. Any suggestion?

Papa T,

All three of my MC's use Monster-Size Banjo Fittings.
Could yours be converted to use on those fittings on you MC's?

You do have the O-ring installed on the MC under the cap? Very low pressure there. Basically just gravity.

Once upon a time, M/C caps had a diaphragm seal in the cap, that eliminated the vent hole.
Could you have fluid from the vent? Is the fluid level too high?

An o-ring is a simple seal but it requires smooth surfaces where the ring is loaded by the cap. Look for molding/casting flaws, including flash that may create a leak path.
