Search: Doing it wrong?

Anticipating the occasional forum Grampypants response of "that's been discussed, use search" I always try to search before asking a question. But my problem today is with "Search."
I'm trying to find items related to STI parts; in particular the recommended location to mount the Drive By Wire throttle pedal. When I search on "STI" or "DBW" I get nothing; literally "Sorry - no matches..."
I've searched on threads, where I can actually see the term; and get "no matches." I gotta doing something wrong with search

I find it easier to search using google. Such as "factory five STI location to mount the drive by wire throttle pedal"

Bigger search terms for better search results. Try "DBW pedal".
I recommend an Infiniti G35/350Z pedal.

Google works better than the forum search most of the time. To narrow the Google results to only include things on the FFR forum use the "site:" prefix. The Forum editor will not let me enter this search url so you can cut n paste it into your browser.

Sometimes it's just easier to ask.

Here is my pedal mount. On DBW you also need a stop of travel.

Some years came with a plastic pedal, I much perfer the metal version.
