I am set to receive my '35 in a couple weeks. The issue is Stewart will not be able to drop at my house; I live on a mountain side. I am thinking I will use a flat-bed trailer to set the truck on then drive it to my house. The question is what size trailer do I need? I have a great 5'x10' that slides up the driveway with ease. Will that be enough for safe transport 1/2 mile? Any information would be great.
Thanks!

The frame alone is 14' long. and the body is right at 5' wide. I would try to find something larger if it was me. Plus you will have a ton of boxes.

I had to pick mine up over the border about an hour away. Just rented a 6x12 U-haul and was able to make it fit. I only ordered the chassis and suspension though, no body work but you can see how it fits on the trailer in the picture. I don't see why you couldn't make a few trips with your trailer and some straps. The side walls were the biggest limiting factor on the trailer I used. Flat deck would have been better. Stewart was very helpful and patient with unloading and loading. I bought him some soda and snacks from the truck stop we met at, maybe have some coffee on standby at your place.

I had same issue with my driveway. They had to park on the main road and I hauled on my 5x12 up the driveway. Loaded most of the boxs in back of my truck. IMO you could make it work. Maybe 2 trips?
