Front Brake Pads

I know I have seen this information several times on some of the build threads but wanted to confirm before ordering them from an outside vendor.

I have the MKIV complete kit with standard front brakes. I have been waiting for over 5 months for the front brake pads from FF. I am looking for recommendations and confirmation that I should be able to pick up 1999 - 2004 Ford Mustang brake pads from most any vendor.

Yes, 99-04 for the complete kit stock front pbr brakes. I upgraded to Hawk pads and think I still have the kit provided ones if you want them, just pay shipping. PM me if interested.

OK. On a tangent to this, I'm going to get my calipers powder coated this winter. Anyone know the rebuild kit numbers for the front PBR's as well as the brakes used on the 11.65 rear 8.8 setup?

I would cancel the pad order with FFR and get some Akebono Ceramic pads from Rock Auto. I painted my wheels White a few years ago and the brake dust is really bad with the HAWK HPS pads. I track mine about 3 times a year with the Shelby Club, and the Ceramics have plenty of bite to lock them up even without power brakes. Wear has been very low on them so far also, no squealing when cold either.
